THE NEW FACES OF WAVEBAND COMMUNICATIONS
Joe Bilello, VP of Sales
Joe is a veteran who spent four years in the United States Marine Corps (1990-1994). His MOS (Military Occupational Service) was a 2542, Field Radio Operator. He specialized in the transmission of both voice and data communications through HF, UHF and VHF Sat Comm Radios. Joe was assigned to 2nd SRIG (Surveillance Reconnaissance and Intelligence Group). After obtaining his Top-Secret Clearance he was assigned to Special Ops and joined a MAGTF (Marine Air Ground Task Force). Once honorably discharged from the military in 1994, Joe moved to NYC where his career path changed and he worked for several Fortune 500 banks specializing in sales and finance. He took this foundation along with his entrepreneurial mindset and opened a venture capital business, a mortgage Company and property management business. Joe’s career has come full circle and he is now a new member of Waveband Communications where he is helping to grow our sales and revenue and cultivate new business relationships. In his downtime, Joe enjoys living a health-conscious lifestyle, including eating healthy and exercising. He enjoys being outdoors, watching tons of sports and traveling.
Cody Payne, Accounting Department
Cody is a native of the Carroll County, MD. Following graduation at Westminster High School he briefly attended West Virginia University. After attending his first year at WVU he enlisted in the United States Marine corps as an LAV-25 Crewman. Cody completed training at Camp Pendleton and returned to Maryland to serve with 4th LAR Bravo Company located in Frederick Maryland. Accomplishments while stationed in Fort Detrick include being recognized as the company’s top gunner for three consecutive years, and being promoted to crewman evaluator. In addition to working at Waveband Cody is pursuing his BA with a concentration in Accounting from Towson State University. In his free time, Cody enjoys watching football, and spending time with his family.
