Shipping Policy

1. "Same Day Shipping" means products will ship under normal stocking conditions with the manufacturer. If you need Next Day Delivery please Contact Us before 12:00 PM EST to verify stock with Waveband and have your order completed.

2. Upon placing an order, you understand and agree that Waveband Communications is unable to stock every item displayed on our website. Upon receipt of an order, if Waveband does not have an item in stock, we will manufacture this item based upon the customer's needs. Typically, it takes 1-3 weeks to receive items from our production facility. If the item you have ordered is under a "backorder" status, Waveband will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order

3. Orders $299 and above in the United States will ship with free UPS standard shipping.

4. All orders shipped by Waveband Communications INC are shipped via UPS or USPS. If an alternate shipping method is required, please call: 1-800-806-1076 or visit our Contact Us Page.

5. Typical Shipping Times: (Inside United States)

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 Days

  • Priority Mail International USPS: 7-10 Days outside the U.S.

  • UPS Ground: 2-5 Business Days within the U.S.

  • USPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

6. All orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance up to $100. If you wish to increase shipping insurance for your order, please call us at: 1-800-806-1076 or visit our Contact Us Page.

7. All orders are shipped without a signature required. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by UPS should be disputed directly with UPS. Waveband Communications LLC assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.

8. Duties and Taxes are calculated and applied upon checkout to orders outside of the United States of America. Waveband Communications is not responsible for the payment of these charges upon delivery.


Return Policy

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you purchased your item(s) from Waveband Communications.

After reviewing our return policy, to initiate a request, please complete the RMA form located at We will review your request within 24-48 hours.

Start a Return

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders. In the event Waveband has made a mistake like shipping the wrong item, you will be excluded from the 20% restocking fee.

Condition of Return

All products must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and qualify for a refund. Typically refunds are issued within 2-4 weeks from receipt of your verified return.

  • All products must be in the original packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.
  • Products with engraving cannot be returned.
  • Products returned due to physical abuse are not returnable i.e. earpieces with moisture ear wax in the acoustic tube, mic clips pulled of mic, or chewed antennas (We have received in the past). 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Radio Repairs
  • Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
  • Shipping Charges
  • Products damaged because of physical abuse

Items That Are Defective

Waveband Communications warranty is valid 1 year from date of purchase on manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item from us, we will replace your item.


Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy applies.

Waveband Communications LLC may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations for order cancellation may include:

  • The item is out of stock with no plans for restocking
  • Pricing errors
  • Credit Card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution

Waveband Communications LLC  reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
