Yes. Most of our customers are government employees. There will be no additional charge for using a p-card.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment
- Less future payments on t he remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
“Same Day Shipping" means products will ship under normal stocking conditions with the manufacturer. If you need Next Day Delivery, please Contact Us before noon EST to verify stock with Waveband and have your order completed.

All orders over $299 ship free. If your order is under $299 below are our shipping options
-UPS Ground ($12.59) 1 – 5-day delivery
-Next-Day Air ($64.50) Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon or end of the day. (depends on destination)
-2nd Day Air ($24.30) Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Be sure to charge to full capacity until your product is charged completely. Fully discharge the battery until the battery is completely drained and recharge is required. Remember to store your charger at the optimal room temperature at 64 – 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

The colors indicate the status of your batteries charge. A solid ORANGE color means its performing battery diagnostics. A solid RED means the battery is charging, less than 80%. A flashing GREEN means the battery is charging, more than 80% and a solid GREEN means its fully charged.
This indicates fault conditions. If it flashes RED 1 time, the charge is complete, but battery undercharged. If it flashes RED 2 times means the battery contact is “open” and you should check battery compatibility. If its flashing RED 3 times, means overcurrent conditions caused by battery short circuit.
Our batteries are designed to last up to 48 hours between full charges.
On the battery, there is the month and year that designates when the battery was purchased. The warranty typically covers from a year to 18 months.
